Pricing

How billing works

• Pay-as-you-ship. You are charged only for shipping labels you actually create. If you don't ship, you don't pay.
• Per-label rate. Each label is billed at the rate shown to you before you confirm it, which is typically lower than walking into a retail counter. What you see before you confirm is what you are charged.
• Monthly invoice. At the end of each billing period we issue a single Stripe invoice covering every label you generated that month. You receive a PDF copy by email and in your OneShip dashboard.
• Payment method. Invoices are charged automatically to the credit card or bank account you attach inSettings → Billing, processed by Stripe. We never store your full card details.
• Currency. All charges are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include GST/HST where applicable.
• Cancellation. Uninstall OneShip from your Shopify admin at any time. You will receive a final invoice for any labels generated in the current period; no cancellation fee.

What you don't pay for

• No monthly or annual subscription.
• No setup fee.
• No per-order or per-store fee.
• No fee for connecting your Shopify store, importing orders, or syncing fulfillments.
• No fee for voiding an unused label (a credit is issued automatically when the carrier confirms the void).

Carriers we support

• UPS — domestic and cross-border (Canada → US, Canada → International).
• UniUni — Canadian domestic last-mile.
• Nationex — Canadian domestic parcel.

Per-label rates depend on the carrier, service level, package weight and dimensions, and destination. You see the price before you generate the label.

How to install

OneShip is distributed exclusively through the Shopify App Store. Find OneShip on the Shopify App Store and click Install; after authorizing the requested permissions, you'll be taken back to OneShip to complete signup. No credit card is required to install — you only enter payment details before generating your first label.
